This is your opportunity to share your experience and expertise, insights and knowledge with the attendees of the ATSNZ Disability Expo in Auckland.

Abstracts / Presentations may relate to any area of assistive technology or disability support. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to:

• Real-life AT outcomes and case studies
• Clinical reasoning, assessment, prescription and implementation
• Mobility, seating, postural management, pressure care and moving and handling
• Communication, cognition, sensory, environmental control and smart home technology
• AT in education, employment, recreation, home, aged care and community settings
• Service models and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Funding pathways, equity of access, rural and regional challenges, and system improvement
• Repair, maintenance, refurbishment, reuse, sustainability and lifecycle value
• Economic and social value of AT, including avoided costs and improved participation
• Innovation, emerging technology and practical lessons from implementation

Presentation slots are between 30 - 45 minutes each. We will work with successful submissions to confirm the timings of each individual presentation.

Timeline

The close off date for the submission process is Friday 31 July, 5.00pm. 
The committee will review all submissions and will be in touch to advise whether your submission has been successful mid August 2026.
