Networking Drinks & Nibbles

At the end of the conference, there will be networking drinks and nibbles. Please indicate below if you would like to attend

Accommodation

The NZIIA Conference has organised discounted room rates at 3 different properties for the night prior to the conference, Monday 16 June 2025 (further information on the properties can be viewed on the website here)

  1. Copthorne Hotel Wellington Oriental Bay (discounted fixed room rate) 
  2. QT Wellington (discounted variable room rate, via their direct booking system specific for NZIIA)
  3. Museum Apartment Hotel (discounted variable room rate, via their direct booking system specific for NZIIA)

As we are now within 30 days of the Conference, any accommodation requests will be managed on a case by case basis. If you would like to reserve accommodation at any of the properties, please reply to your Registration Confirmation email (jaime@iconevents.co.nz) with your requirements and we will look into this for you.

INVOICE
You will receive your invoice including bank account details within your confirmation email which sent shortly after pressing submit. Please pass this onto your finance department for payment.

PURCHASE ORDER
Please only select this option if you have your PO#. If you require a PO# to be added to your invoice but will provide it at a later date, please select the 'Invoice' option and email jaime@iconevents.co.nz once this is available to you.

CREDIT CARD
You will receive your receipt within your confirmation email which is sent shortly after pressing submit.
