Welcome to the Oceania Seating Symposium 2025 Registration

To register for the Symposium, please provide the following information. 
Note: you can register for a group of attendees (up to 10) and pay for them in one payment.
All fees and ticket prices are exclusive of GST (15%)

To register
1. Select the number of people you are registering and provide the requested details.

2. If you are registering for more than 1 person, you will be required to complete registration details for each attendee in turn (full name, position, email, dietary requirements, social functions). All fees will be collated into one payment for your convenience.

3. Payment can be made by credit card, or by invoice with or without a purchase order number. If you are adding a purchase order number - please have it ready to add when registering. This is at the end of the registration process.

4. Registration Fees and ticket prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars and are GST Exclusive (15%)

5. If you have a discount code, please add in when prompted. The code will be applied at the summary page.

Why We Ask to Opt In or Opt Out of Attendee App Visibility

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide us for this event registration, and this includes your visibility in the Attendee App. You are able to change your Opt In or Opt Out selection at any time directly in the Attendee App.

Personal Data Visible in the Attendee App

During the course of this event you can consent to have your personal details visible to other attendees. This includes your photo, name, position, and organisation.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, you are still able to use the Attendee App however your details will not be shown in the attendee search, and you will not be able to contribute to the EventStream (Event Social Media).

Privacy Required

The Privacy Act 1993 requires that, before your name and contact details can be published in the list of Delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent. If you DO NOT wish your name and details to be included in the list of delegates please tick Privacy Required.

Payment

These prices are in NZD, including 15% GST. 

If you select Invoice, you'll receive your invoice and the bank account details within your confirmation email which is sent shortly after pressing submit 
Please Note: Payment must be made 7 days prior to the Symposium commencing. Please note your registration is not guaranteed until payment is received.

If you select Purchase Order, please ensure that you have a purchase order number before completing the field. If you DO NOT have a purchase order number, please leave this field blank until you have the number. Once this field is completed, it cannot be edited. 

If you pay by Credit Card, you'll receive your receipt within your confirmation email which is sent shortly after pressing submit.
Please note there is a 2.85% credit card fee.
