To register for the full Conference, or Pre-Conference Activities, please follow the below instructions to complete a registration for all attendees.
Note: you may register for a group of attendees (up to 20) and pay for them in one payment against the main contact.

If you are an Abstract Speaker, please don't register via this registration page,
instead use the unique registration link that you will receive once Abstracts have closed, and notifications have been sent.

To register
1. Select the number of people you are registering for (group size) and provide the requested details

2. If you are registering for more than 1 person, you will require the registration details for each attendee (full name, position, email, dietary requirements, attendance at the pre-conference community day, social functions and accommodation requirements). If you are unsure of these details, please don't proceed with the registration.

3. All fees will be collated into one payment, against the first attendee (1. Group Contact) for your convenience.

3. Payment can be made by credit card or invoice with or without a purchase order number at the end of the registration process.

ATAIN / Learning Environments Community Un-conference

Join us for the 2026 Learning Environments community day! This year we are joining with the Aotearoa Tertiary AI Network (ATAIN) to host an un-conference focused on the future of learning and teaching, and the human and technological infrastructure that underpins it, in the evolving age of AI.

As an un-conference, the agenda and focus for the day will be set by the attendees, but key themes for the day will include:

Developing values-driven capabilities and education approaches to AI
Reconceptualising New Zealand-based education in the age of AI
Responses and strategies to institutional change in New Zealand Universities
Architectural responses to strategic learning environments, including MotarCAPS and Total Learning Architecture

The day will also include a keynote speaker and knowledge-sharing opportunities. More information on the schedule will be provided closer to the conference.

Lunch, and networking opportunities will also be provided!

Due to the popularity of this event and limited venue capacity, this is an Expression of Interest only and does not guarantee attendance.

Final allocations will be confirmed closer to the Conference, with consideration given to overall demand and institutional representation. Cyclone will work directly with larger institutions as required to help manage attendance numbers fairly across the sector.

This event is not to be missed! Join us to celebrate achievements and innovation in our Tertiary Institutions, as well as an evening of superb food, drink and entertainment.
