CALL for Abstracts
This is your opportunity to contribute your research, expertise, and insights to AMN12, the 12th International Conference on Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology. We welcome contributions that push the boundaries of materials science and nanotechnology, highlight innovative approaches, or share lessons learned through research, development, or application.
Please review the information below, note the relevant deadlines, and create an account in the Abstract Submission Portal to submit your abstract for consideration at AMN12.
Presentation Options
Accepted submissions will be allocated a 20minute presentation slot, including time for questions/short discussion.
Accepted submissions will receive a 1m wide x 2m high, Velcro receptive board where your poster will be displayed. Your Poster/Content must fit within these specifications.

Please note: A maximum of two abstract submissions is permitted per person. Each abstract may have multiple authors; however, only one presenter may be nominated per presentation.
Submission Process
Step 1: Create Your Profile
Access the Abstract Submission Portal and create your profile. This will allow you to manage your submissions and updates.
Step 2: Save Your Login Details
Shortly after creating your profile, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to log back into the portal. Keep this email safe for future access (no need to remember log in details).
Step 3: Prepare and Submit Your Abstract
- Draft your abstract within the portal.
- Select your preferred format - Oral or Poster Presentation.
- You can save and edit your submission until the deadline.
- Final submission deadline: Midnight (NZT), Sunday 23 August 2026.
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee after the submission deadline.
- We anticipate a large number of submissions which will result in some Oral abstracts being converted to Poster Presentations. This isn't a reflection of the quality of submission but rather to the time constraints within the programme and the requirement to represent all conference topics.
- The Committee reserve the right to decline submissions that are poorly written, don't follow the submission guidelines and/or are outside the conference scope.
Step 5: Notification of Outcome
You will receive an email by late September 2026 confirming the status of your submission.
Step 6: Registration
- Please do not register until you receive confirmation of your abstract status.
- Accepted presenters will receive a special registration link to ensure your registration is correctly linked to your presentation.
- Registration deadline for presenters: Friday 16 October 2026. Failure to register by this date may result in your presentation being removed from the program.
- Registration, Travel and Accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the speaker unless advised otherwise.
Step 7: Publication of Details
Your abstract summary, speaker bio, headshot, and other content provided will be published on the Conference website under the Programme and Speakers section.
Step 8: Prepare Your Presentation
Submit your presentation to the conference organisers prior to the Conference or bring it on a USB to your session room.
