You can reserve accommodation for your stay over Conference at the below providers through the registration process at a discounted rate
The accommodation options available include:

Cityside Rooms (double or twin) available from $280 inc. GST per night.

Terms & Conditions
- Accommodation reservations are taken through the registration process.
- Special delegate rates are not available directly with the hotels.
- Payment for your accommodation will be required directly with the hotel upon check in/out.
- You will be required to provide credit card details against your reservation, this is to cover any unpaid balances or if you don't show up to your booking (these details are stored in a secure vault and will be deleted 7 days after conference).
- Cancellation within 29 days (after Tuesday 4 March) will incur the full rate cancellation fee. Should you require changes to your reservation, please let jaime@iconevents.co.nz know ASAP.
