If you are not in a position to book accommodation at the time of registering, you may book it later. Please Note: Booking at a later date will be subject to availability by the accommodation provider.

Superior Room $175 inc. GST/night.
Full breakfast is $32 inc.GST/per person and can be selected within the booking process.

- Accommodation reservations can be requested as part of your Conference registration.
- Special Conference rates are only available through the Conference and cannot be accessed directly with the hotels.
- Accommodation charges are to be paid directly to the hotel.
- Changes to accommodation reservations should be advised to dean@iconevents.co.nz as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival (after 14 March 2027) may incur cancellation fees of up to the full accommodation amount.
